Yukon Wines
Yukon Wines, founded in 2014
Yukon Wines, located in Whitehorse, Yukon, is Canada's northernmost winery. Our business roots date back to 2014 when we established Yukon Berry Farm. Twenty acres of haskap were planted on land surrounded by the Takhini River, majestic mountains and some of the purest air in the world.
While attending the Food and Wine Show in Tokyo in 2016, they learned that Japan was interested in haskap and Yukon-made products, and established a second haskap farm along the Yukon River. To date, more than 50,000 haskap and other berries have been cultivated. In 2019, Yukon Wines was founded, along with its sister company Solstice Cider Works.
